Option to change Microchip Production

Currently you need Materials you trade/find in Exploration Nodes to get Microchip Production running which is super frustration from the perspective of a more relaxed player. I personally dont want to be rushed while setting everthing up. We already have the Option to turn off limited resources in Worldmap Mines so an Option to change the required Maintenance for Data Centers to level 2 would be really appreciated.
