Toggle for tier 3 trucks on storage

I didn't plan on on building space for tier 3 trucks to deliver to every storage. My base is a spaghetti mess of pipes and belts. i want to use the a mix of tier 2 and 3 on storage deliveries. if we could just toggle deliveries for tier 3 not to deliver to unreachable storages. I am getting constant can't reach destination on those trucks.
