Truck Hubs

I have noticed that trucks automatically rest at the location of their last job. While this makes practical sense, as someone who likes cleanliness and organization I believe assignable idle spots would be a nice QOL addition.
A way top implement this could be through fuel stations or separate "parking lot" like placements.
Attached is an example of trucks sitting at the location of their last job.

I think it's better to just add another zone, like driving an ecovator or dumping trucks, marked out the zones around the island and the truck goes to the nearest zone without a task. This will be easier to implement.
