UI QoL - Notifications are display chronologically.

I find it frustrating that when I want to remove a notification and go to click the "X", a new notification pops up in the top slow an instant before I click. I end up missing that notification and still have the one I was trying to remove. I then have to go searching all over for the exclamation point to figure out which notification I missed.
To put it another way, all new notification appear at the bottom of the list (no sorting). Additionally, (if you're willing), no moving of notifications with the mouse is in the region.
