trucks and music

1.) The music should run continuously, there are much too long pauses without music inside the game
2.) On export-import lines between 2 storages there should be a setting option so that all trucks are completely full on that line individually even when that is not set in the general settings for trucks, this should be set inside the storage window for the 2 storages
