Tool(s) for layout planning. It can be simple multicolored dots/boxes like RimWorld's More Planning (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=881100382) or ability to put ghosts of all buildings and transports (even not researched yet) -- or both.
Just a simple not functional marker that can be put down to help "zone" parts of the map can go a long way.
