Plnner Mode Multi-Color Ghosts (improved visibility)

When using planner mode, would be nice if "ghosted" builds have different colors, for example: Buildings one color, pipes another color, belts yet another color... more complex configurations begin to be difficult to see...

The grey 'planning mode' ghosts are particularly hard to see on rock. I do not have the visual fidelity to see what's going on in those circumstances. Pipes and belts are especially bad.
