give us sod or grass seed

make us a sod farm or at least grass seed, so when we build out into the ocean with all materials and we finish the job we can go to our trusty sod or grass seed farm and green up the areas we have finished filling in.

I think this is implemented in a way (at least for dirt surfaces).

Or possibly a new surface type: "sod" which costs 1 dirt per square, rather than the 1 concrete for "road" types...
I hate having to fuss around trying to lay a top layer of dirt, to make things green, only to have it mix up some of the underlying material. Then I have to swap to mining to dig it up, and try to lay down dirt again. Plus at the sea-edges, the dirt tumbles down the slope making the whole slope green -- not like the sea-edges that are present w/ the map as they are originally.
