We need pipes comming out of the main dock to empty oil from the ship

I believe pipes exiting the main dock to empty oil transported in on the main ship to a storage tank or two. I have oil storage tanks around the main dock and there empty, but the ship still has oil in storage to be emptied and get out to the tanks so we can use it.

generally ports to unload into storages would be nice.
same goes for coal, sulphur wood, etc.
