It would be great if the selletment stocked up on water in the rain, after all, they have so many roofs. maybe store under Square

Well, I'm thinking not only about settlements, but the same could apply also for greenhouses and solar panels (T3 maybe?). Both could be optional upgrades for buildings.
It would be nice if all buildings with a roof could serve as a small rain harvest. Of course it would be hell to deal with all those pipes. but it would be a nice challenge.
The reason why I especially want selletment is if you run a wastewater management and desalinator with biomass and add sludgeden gas on it, a piece of water is missing. If the selletment roofs could rain harwest, it could be a completely closed system :)
