so unless your placing a building you dont know where the map actually ends and in doing land fill and terraforming can actually lock your self out of placing buildings for water /seawater and such along with water outputs

I want to see a fence. Like in the game Roller Coaster Tycoon 3.
And maybe the option to purchase more land/area.
