Anaerobic Digester tier2

Could be much bigger with a size of T3/4 storage, with bigger production, slightly bigger crew and some computation requirements.
From my POV, the current digester is kinda imba/broken, as for effective gas production, there is a need of dozens of them. A new tier could improve this ineffectivity .

Seeing the Ore Sorter got a new version as well, I want to bump this again. IRL bio gas plants are getting pretty heavy, some even act as gas power plants as well. Corn silage is used to feed the bacterias.
But even just a Tier 2 with a higher troughput (like the Mixer I and Mixer II) would be nice already.
