Respect Userland Settings for Pipes and Conveyors

Pipes and Conveyors settings are not respected at the moment (0.4.7d). (1) when adding a connection to a pipe--the name of all pipes involved revert to default type name; (2) when using the copy and paste command the custom name settings for pipes and conveyors.
Recommend the custom names attached to pipes and conveyors are respected. If such a transport is split as part of a change -- the existing segments should retain their custom name.
