Change Vehicle Management View to Use a Balanced Table Format

Recommend a change ti the Vehicle Management view to use a balanced table format,
Included roll up quantities for vehicle categories such that is it more akin to a balance statement format with the numbers verifying the total quantities, etc. in each category.
By each category (e.g., owned, available, assigned mining ops, assigned fuel station) include all states (e.g., active, idle, out of fuel, stuck, etc.) such that the totals of each category clear show a sum in the owned category.
Currently only idle is shown as a state, which is enough, but when looking at the current view it is not obvious that assigned active and idle sum to the owned active and idle.
A balanced table format (like a report) would make it more readable. Skip the TPS cover sheets though.
