Include Locked Resources and Recipes in the Recipes View

Recommend that all Resources are included (left selection list) in the recipes view, and not just those that are researched.
Currently, the Research Tree includes information about *locked* recipes and resources beforehand.
Include those locked details in the Recipes view. This would eliminate the need to jump between the Recipes view and the Research Tree view to gather information for build planning.
