Shorter Retaining Walls

I will sometimes build 'roads' or cover areas with fill and I like to put up Retaining Walls to protect my structures. However, right now ALL Retaining Walls cost the same amount no matter how they're used. IMHO there should be height options for Retaining walls and the material cost should reflect the shorter walls.
