Add alerts to Chicken Farm

Alert when the Chicken Farm is full of chickens or empty.
This lets the player know when to turn on / off meat processing.

Everything that holds/stores stuff should have the 'Alert if...' options. So we can get alerts if something is full, empty, or somewhere in-between.
