Reset Button for Vehicles

I recently found myself upgrading all of my T1 extractors, tree harvesters, and trucks to T2 and it was sort of a mess. I'd like to suggest a Reset Button on the Motor Pool that would cancel ALL vehicle jobs (jobs in process would still finish) and prompt all vehicles to return to whatever tower they were assigned to. All links and jobs set in through Advanced Logistics would also be canceled.
As an alternative, a similar button on each construction tower that would do the same thing but only for vehicles assigned to that tower might be an even better idea.
