Concrete Block Building

I would like to suggest something akin to a square concrete block that can be placed like the Containing Wall, but can be pilled one atop of the other, can serve as a building foundation and can support vehicles movement. The idea was to use it the same as the containing call, but since it can be pilled one atop the other, these large concrete blocks would make for a perfect wall of any height.
