Move Button

How about a move button for buildings instead tear down and rebuild

That's not realistic at all. However, what would be realistic would be the ability to move Blueprints 1 tile at a time, north, south, east or west.

I think what they meant is for a queue type of move where you click a 'move' button, and the blueprint comes up as if you are building new. Then when you place it down, trucks will disband the original and build a new one in the place specified by the blueprint maintaining all of the original building's settings. It is a more realistic type of move. I have placed storage buildings with the ports facing the wrong way several times. It would be nice to be able to correct this after the item is built.

I would love that. For me, I'm totally okay with it being just something that actually requires construction trucks and extra resources. Just demolish the old structure and build the new one.
Especially for mine control towers, so I can move it closer to area I need (I know it's not necessary) and I don't have to reassign everything.
The important part is that the move actually keeps ALL the building settings.
It should also allow moving the unique buildings.
