New Building - Hauling Services (or something like that)

With advanced logistics its great that I can assign a truck to a "specific" storage (ex. dumping out items from the mine or moving items across the map). However at times, they just sit there because the "specific" storage is either empty / full (depending on the requirement).
Request is to have a building that would act as a hauling services, that would allow me to cover a small area (like the mine tower) and I can assign trucks to it, and it will do jobs in that area. That way I can have 1 truck handle clearing the mining waste in an area, vs assigning trucks to each storage.
