Expandable retaining walls and mid-tier buildable ramps

I would suggest expanding the capability of the retaining walls by allowing the player to build a second level of retaining wall on top of the first. This would allow more square and level building/design options for those of us with OCD. I would also suggest buildable ramps mid game versus dumping dirt/material to form a ramp for the same reasons as expanding the retaining wall feature.
