Research lab I needs a new model

I know that its suppoused to take the same space as other labs so you could upgrade it without moving if the space is not enough, but...there is a garage door that cant be accesed by the theoretical car that suppoused to use it. The whole place is so cramped and unrealistic visually, it could use some remodeling, how about a single building with a fence in a triangular shape with a yard filled with random stuff. Make it visually realistically accesable by cars and people, even if there is no plans for implementing them.
