Option for assigned trucks to dump ore/trees to nearest storage

I want make full use of strategy to build storage next to tree harvest or mining sites and the trucks assigned to excavators/harvesters to prioritize dumping load to available storages and only if none available look to deliver to needing factories. That way, unassigned trucks can take from storage and move to needing factories.
