Flippable turbines

Turbines should be flippable with F, like irl there are CW and CCW turbines

Please, it's very limiting right now to ONLY be able to have the inputs/outputs on their current sides. Doesn't match the whole theme of being able to flip buildings.

basically you could just rotate every building in the chain by 180°, would be (almost) the same as flip
you don't have to connect by the green arrow

I think there are a few other Buildings that also can't be flipped. This should all be fixed. There's no logical reason for why you can't flip (mirror) everything.
