something to have realy worry about and may even have opportunity to clean up messy factory builds. such as Stormy weather cast damage on buildings. properly make tornados apear. Avalanches of unscure mountain diggings as one would just flatten the mountains before digg in the crust. Pirats feel in need to ravange they broken ships and raid your habor while your ship is on traiding tour. falling satalits on the iland or into the ocean bring big waves to the habor or making craters on your Iland. maybe also normal track crashings from time to time into eachother which may need repair before they continue.
beside its remarkable how not working facilitys and equipment brake down even if this is not in use for hours^^ may fix that to. runtime damage
