Additional use for solar cells in T4 housing to increase energy sustainabilaty

Lets use normal solar cells as a material for the construction or upgrade of T4 housing. For comparison 4 standard panels produce 32kW - 128kW and use in total a 20x20 footprint. Housing uses a 28x28 footprint and since the rooftops have very limited space, the produced power on the rooftops should be reduced to 20kW - 100kW or even halved to 16kW - 64kW. Weather effects have to be applicable. This kind of integration of solarpower can give a sizeable relief for the energy demand on the island. It also increases space efficency of housing blocks. Maintenance is also needed, ideally maintenance II to sustain the panels. Edicts for solar panels should work aswell. The amount of needed solar cells could range between 200 - 400 per housing block, depending on the final numbers of possible energy production.
