Shipyard window scroll button

I have bad eyesight, so I use the enlarged screen.
I can't click repair and upgrade world map when the shipyard has a lot of cargo.
I want the size of the shipyard window to be the same as the size of the ship design window, and I would like to be able to check the cargo with the scroll button.
Doing so might prevent the world map repair and upgrade window from going off the screen and not being clickable.
