An overlay with a good deal of useful information to help us organize our island. It could do some of these functions:
1 – Show where selected resource(s) are being produced and consumed;
2 – Complementing the previous item, it could also show arrows showing the flow of items from one point to another, and if it is by transport or trucks;
3 – Show what building have the biggest consumption and production of a specific resource;
4 – Show the whole production chain of a selected building, showing from what buildings it is consuming and to what ones it is sending its production;
5 – The previous item also could show what kind of transportation is serving each building and is the whole production chain has surplus or deficit of any item.
It could be a technology that need to be researched, and/or a building that needs to be built to allow you to see all this data, consuming employees and electricity. Like an office building.
