Add Hydrogen and Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide) to the output of Chlorine production via Salt and water.
Add Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) production unit taking water, Hydrogen, and Chlorine as inputs.
See Chlorine Tree, Sodium Hydroxide Tree for further production ideas especially around petrochemicals such as plastics. I work in this industry and this would add a very simple amount of realism.
