Adjust building input/output height

With the exception of the crusher, all buildings have their inputs/outputs at height 0. For some of them it would make sense to be able to connect at a higher level if needed, especially for pipes. Example: the distillers. It would allow for a tighter and more optimized integration with belt buildings by using belts on the lower levels and pipes on the upper ones.
