Add percentage value to storage alarms

Adding a percentage value to storage alarms would really help with monitoring what's actually going on and avoiding "alarm fatigue".
For example, it can take a good long time to actually address a low-animal-feed alarm, as there is a long lag time in between increasing/rebalancing crop output and actually seeing more animal feed in the storage. Meanwhile, you just get accustomed to seeing that alarm. If you didn't do enough to ramp up animal feed, well, the only way to check on that is to actually click on the storage and see what's going on.
Having a percentage attached means I can look in the upper-right and see "It's all the way down to 50%? Maybe I need to spend more time addressing this."
