It would be nice to know how much a given groundwater deposit recovers due to rainfall. This essentially tells us how many pumps a deposit can sustainably supply.
It would also be nice to have bigger and smaller pumps. A smaller pump which averages about enough to sustain one farm (1/2 current), and a bigger pump which is 4-5 times the capacity of the existing one.
