Add vehicle Honk when built

When I am building vehicles, I don't know when they are done, so I have to keep checking. The trucks when built take off and go find something to do, but the excavators just sit there. It would be nice to have a "Honk Honk" when something is built as an audio cue to let us know it was built.

Or an alert box that lets you know when something was built...
