Ability to assign vehicles similar to Import/Export on MCT/Storages

I'd love to see the system currently in place on Mine Control Towers and Storages where you click and select the Import/Export of them to vehicles. I can click on a vehicle and in the "Assigned" area, just have the same plus/minus button where I can click it and then click on storages, buildings, mine control towers, etc. so I can have a single truck assigned to multiple things.
Assigning a single truck to move one resource doesn't make sense, because they will empty that storage and then sit there. Let me assign them to multiple storages so they can empty one, then move to the other, and back again.
Or adding them to a single MCT instead of the random lottery of selecting a random vehicle instead of the one that is 5 feet from the tower. Would be very helpful when moving vehicles to a different MCT. You can just click on the new tower, click an assign button, and then click on the vehicles you want.
