For some reason, only 2 (maybe poppies, I don't have them) crops use the flat output of the farm. This just makes everything annoying.
Additionally, almost all the foods you input to the market are flat stuff (only corn and potatoes are not), and you can easily run into situations where either:
1) you use a connector on the input, but it jams somehow (I didn't even think this was possible), preventing one of the foods from inputting
or 2) You use the basic food market, making the 2nd tier useless for anything other than corn+X and potatoes+X.
Regardless, you have a ton of food markets that have unused u-shape connectors.
One solution is to prevent jams in connectors, and allow 2 items to pass each other in connectors.
Another is to change what connector different crops use, so it's more even. For example, all the crops would be U-shape, as they're all "raw" items. Then, you have the processed food items use the flat conveyors.
