Reset different height after setting a mining/dumping square

After setting the mining/dumping tool to a different height, you generally want to stay on that height, not keep increasing it, so it would be better to reset it after placing a square (or multiple if placed at the same time). I've included an image to help understand. In this case, you want 00, but it stays 2 below the selection, so if you selected more, it would now place them at -02, not what you want.
