Add a demolish button in a buildings (belts) property or demolish it on pressing DEL

Add a demolish button in a property window. I am too lazy to press del and click on a building again.
Sometimes selecting a building I just want to press DEL.

Second this. Not so much for buildings as for sections of belts and pipes. Having selected a section of belt that I want to demolish, it's clearly highlighted and no risk of mistake. If I have to exit the property window, hold shift-del, and then click the section, there are much more clicks and also the risk of misclicking.
