It would be nice to see the list of orders / tasks that are currently in the queue. It would make it much easier to spot which deliveries are taking the most time and finding out which delivers to switch to conveyer belts will make the biggest difference in cutting down on how busy vehicles are.
For example, if I see that there are 5 trucks constantly delivering coal to one set of boilers, it would be obvious that making a long delivery belt could reduce truck traffic by 5 trucks.
Also, if the list included things like, status (waiting for available vehicle, active), truck type (small, medium or large truck), distance, estimated time to get there, leaving from and heading to locations (names of the buildings or storage unit or what the building is making), then I can see which buildings tasks are used most often. It may help me plan which tasks to move higher in the priority or which need to be lowered. Show them in priority order.

Just showing the time spent to transport each resource would already go a long way and it wouldn't require a whole new UI, it would just be one more number in the existing vehicle statistics tab.
Such a list would also help "debugging". I'm wondering why no fuel is delivered to my train depot although the storage is full and some trucks are idle. Problem of priorities, distance, path finding? I'd like to manually "up-vote" that order so the very next free truck will do it immediately.
