Trucks should check if they can reach a destination before picking up a delivery

A truck that has picked up a delivery and cannot reach a destination is just lost, you have to rebuild part of your factory or scrap the truck. It would be much better if the truck only picks up a material when it can actually fulfill the entire order.

You can turn off the building's truck import setting to get them to do something else. It would be better if you get a notification that it couldn't be reached for a job without wasting time picking the items up though.
