Factory Alerts

We can already set alerts on storages. I would like to set alerts on production buildings to notify if "Missing Input" or "Full Output". eg "Maintenance Depot is missing electronics".

Indeed. Even nicer would be "Maintenance Depot is Operating at <25%/<50%/<75% rate", for those critical buildings that might not be operating at full capacity, but you still want to monitor for issues.

I'd like to see the ability to set an alert if a factory has produced nothing in the last year and the ability to set an alert if a factory is over 90% active in the last year.
Often I have multiple factories producing the same thing and one will not be producing for one reason or another. It can be a long time before I notice that only one of five factories isn't producing.
Alternatively, sometimes I have a factory just dealing with excess material (e.g. turning excess sulphur into slag) and if that gets too busy, I'll need to build another such factory. It would be helpful if I could set an alert to let myself know when I need to think about that.
