Storage alerts to show custom name

When I change the name of a storage unit and I set an alert on it, I want the alert to show the custom name for the storage. So, instead of Alert: Loose storage II has a high supply of Iron, it could say Alert: Iron Overflow has a high supply of Iron (which immediately tells me which storage unit has the high level)

I would also like to have storage notifications. So that for example I can dedicate a liquid storage IV for a dedicated water feed for the nuclear reactor, and set the notification if the contents gets below a certain percentage, then there would be time to do something before the reactor overheats.
