Insert new notifications at the bottom of the list instead of the top

The notifications are helpfull - for me at least. But new notifications will be added on the top so the whole list jumps down. If this notification is on a edge and flickers, the whole list is flickering as well. Better add new notifications on the bottom to avoid this.

Nice and simple, yes please, logic rules!

Further along these lines, if I am about to delete a prior notice and one pops up at the top and moves the list down, I have frequently inadvertently deleted the notice above the one I wanted to delete. Putting new ones at the bottom would improve this situation.
