Reverse Osmosis in the late game.

Use of Reverse Osmosis to filter sea water to fresh water.
Would help the over reliance of inefficient Thermal Desalinators / steam generation in the late game and in turn save on coal / gas use for the dream of sustainability.
Would require a filter media / membrane like component that would be consumed over time - Maybe utilise graphite for this.
Would consume a small amount of electricity to produce the high pressure required.
This is typically used IRL on Oil rigs etc to produce fresh water.
