Percentual of refill

Can you add a refill percentage for the warehouses?
Example: When I set 75% as filling and only when it reaches 10% do the trucks refill the warehouse again to 75%

The current settings allow you to set a position you want the warehouse to remain at... For example, setting it at 70% to keep full means. The vehicles Will try and keep your warehouse at 70% full, if it is a input warehouse, it will fill more if you have a warehouse that you want to keep empty of the same product
However, setting a warehouse to say keep empty at 10% means once it reaches over 10%, it will empty to that 10%
