Allow stacked sloped pipes/conveyors to slope together

Currently you have to stagger the start/end up slope so they do not overlap, but the end result looks ugly and when several stacked pipes are involved and it requires a lot of horizontal space.
Allow then to slope together like they can in Satisfactory for example. I expect there will need to be some horizontal stagger, 1/2 spaces, but while sloped only, they should be able to partially overlap their 3D bounding boxes, including between pipes and conveyers, not just pipes or conveyors.
