Equipment Spcific Tutorials

I would love to see the ability to turn on short tutorials about each piece of equipment. I am constantly getting stuck with machines like the blast furnace that say their output is full but I cannot figure out how to fix that.

Turn on 'Enable tutorial goals' when start new game.
Or open [F2] Message center in game and look to Iron scrap smelting and Dumping.
If you researched conveyors look to Pipes & conveyor belts and to Storages with transports.
May be you didnt build Molten channel for molten iron.
May be you dont have enoght trucks for export slag. Build more trucks, set less priority of your blast furnace.
If you know conveyors remove slag by conveyor to big loose storage, set 'keep empty' for this storage to half or less, set less priority (8 or 7) and mark some area to dump the slag.
Build smoke stack to remove exhaust.
