under ground pipes and conveyors

to build down with pipes and conveyors like u can build up

it would allow for custom manifolds as well as with aesthetics when building repeating and expandable manufacturing modules progressing into mid and late game technologies but still allowing vehicles to navigate structures

I think this would be great as a research objective to unlock. And to maybe balance it make it a ramp down only so it takes up some space and looks nice. No lifters.
