Water pumping building

Sometimes it happens that water enters the quarry, and then something needs to be done with the water. It would be great to make such a building that will pump water while consuming electricity. Or make a dam, while you can add a hydroelectric power station.

This would be a great feature to add or remove water from a land locked 'lake'. currently the easiest thing to do is just reload one save back before the quarry floods to change the mining designations from digging too close to the ocean. The only other option would be to completely landfill the quarry to get rid of all the water. Then dig out the quarry again. Now depending on the size and depth of the quarry, this can take some time. having some sort of water pump could really change fresh water storage. It would allow you to create reservoirs rivers (with the addition of bridges to cross them) and reclaim more land from the ocean.
