A modification of @Marval's elevated roundabout that has the same footprint and connection points but uses the new 4.2. track construction tools and a modified layout to remove all but two of the r14 turns to significantly improve interchange throughput.

@Marval's elevated roundabout download contains a entire elevated rail system that I use heavily in my designs to provide express travel for long hauls. I have used this system as part of a build where I have no trucks and only use trains for all transport. I highly recommend it.
